Adobe Photoshop CS3 / CS2 / CS or any other version stuck on hand tool? 
Problem
When you click on any tool such as Move tool, Type tool, Paint Bucket Tool etc.. nothing happens Photoshop is stuck with hand tool?
Solution
- Clear preferences setting ( Edit>Preferences>Reset all warning dialogs )
- Restart Photoshop (wait for couple of minutes)
- Clear menu setting from windows menu setting
- Leave Photoshop alone for couple of minutes, it might fix it self
Real problem
- It can be Photoshop memory problem
- It can be corrupted preference files
